Stephen is a Registered Planner (Planning Institute of Australia) and has over 30 years’ experience as a town planner in both the private and public sectors. He joined the Company in 1998 and has qualifications in Town Planning and Environmental Management. Prior to joining the Company, Stephen had over 10 years’ experience in local government including Shoalhaven City Council, Blue Mountains City Council and Blacktown City Council.
B. Urban & Regional Planning, RPIA
Stuart is a Registered Planner (Planning Institute of Australia) with over 30 years’ experience as a town planner in the private and public sectors. He joined the Company in 2005 and has qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning. Prior to joining Cowman Stoddart, Stuart had over 15 years’ in local government in both Sydney and the South Coast.

Peter has been an agricultural and environmental consultant based in Nowra since 1986. Prior to this he was a professional officer with the Soil Conservation Service in various centres throughout New South Wales.

Angela has been an Associate with Cowman Stoddart since 2011. Angela has over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of planning and environmental consulting roles in both the private and public sectors both in Australia and the UK.

Toni commenced as a town planning consultant with Cowman Stoddart in 2014 and has worked with clients on residential, rural, commercial and industrial matters.
